Here’s a couple of nice scenery pics from last week’s deliveries. Bet this is really nice in the fall when the leaves turn…

These were taken on Route 29 between Charlottesville and Lynchburg, Va.
Have a great week everybody & God bless…

John 10:27-28 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.

As of this morning I have 82 hours of driving time in towards my 100 hours. Just got back from the Deleware/Maryland/Baltimore run. 11 stores 36,000 lbs delivered. Whew!!!
Leaving Harrisburg Sunday night around midnight. Just enough room to fit the hand trucks in the side door
Full to the back…
First 2 stops off the truck. Seaford, Deleware @ 4:30 Monday morning.
Delivering Panera Bread in Salisbury, Md. 10:30 pm. Monday night. 3 stops to go
Last stop done
Panera Bread on Pratt St. in Baltimore, Md. Inner Harbor @ 5:30 Tuesday morning…
Then off to pick up 1,100 cases (38,000lbs.) of Broccoli/Cheddar soup to take back to Harrisburg to deliver next week…
12 more hours of driving then I can be certified to run solo if need be
although that isn’t likely for at least a few more months…
Thank You Father God for keeping us safe and bringing us home on time…

As I type this I am sitting having a cup of coffee with my best friend, easing into a Saturday morning. I can’t say enough how much she means to me and how much of an inspiration spiritually she is. There a lot of things on this earth that I can say that I love but very few that when it comes down to it, REALLY MATTER.
I am blessed to call you friend, soul mate, partner in crime
& yes, lover

I LOVE YOU !!!

Good thing I’m not a stat ho
It’s been a long week. All in all it went well, it’s just different and a bit of an adjustment. My family has been amazing throughout this change. Everyone is dealing very well with my being away and I am loving the 3 days a week I’m getting to spend at home and sleep in my own bed. I am on what they call a layover route with a trainer for the next 4 weeks until I get 100 hours of driving. Right now I have about 40 hours and just around 2000 miles. I dispatch Sunday nights, go to the Deleware and Maryland beaches to make deliveries, get a hotel room Monday morning, back out Monday night making more deliveries and back to Harrisburg on Tuesday morning. Dispatch Wednesday night to Richmond, Va. for more deliveries, get a hotel room Thursday morning, back out Thursday night delivering back up to Baltimore, Md. and home to Harrisburg Friday morning.
This may be my last post for the week so I’ll load it up with some randomness….
MysteryGuitarMan “Mozart’s – The Marriage Of Figaro”
Nancy Pelosi said this week about 500 million Americans lost their jobs
That means everyone in the country plus 200 million that weren’t born yet
Saw an overhead road sign flashing “Senior Alert” while driving up from Virginia Friday morning. Whaaa?
Had a great lunch date with Darla, Ruby Tuesdays and Starbuck’s and the guy at starbucks messed up our order so we got 2 free cappuchinos along with the carmel latte’s we ordered. mmmmmmm
Must write one song this week so I can record it on Saturday. Good use of hotel down time…
David Crowder Band “I Saw the Light/I’ll Fly Away/Everybody Wants to Go to Heaven”
Let brotherly love continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Hope that everyone has a great week. God Bless

This God–his way is perfect; the word of the LORD proves true; he is a shield for all those who take refuge in him.
Have a great day in the Lord…
